Fresh from the Field, the Farm and the Orchard. A Harvest Dinner is a celebration of what the earth yields and a symbol of the cycle of life. A cycle that begins anew each spring and culminates with the Autumn Harvest.

Join us on October 29 at Boca Bistro as we rejoice in what the land provides us with a hand-crafted meal that uses the freshest ingredients from fields, the farm and the orchards. At a Harvest Dinner your glasses, plates and hearts are filled with the bounty of the crops and the gift of family and friendship.

1st course
The Crossing Sauvignon Blanc
Shows lifted notes of gooseberry and nectarine, underpinned with citrus notes. The palate is full with pure fruit flavours, yet balanced with a persistent, crisp mineral finish.

Paired with Matcha ricotta, beets, pear

2nd Course
Nine Pin Hunny Pear Cider
“This pear cider is fermented from Barlett, Bosc, Potomac, and Seckel pears grown at Samascott Orchards. It is finished with a touch of cinnamon and honey. This unique cider is off-dry, complex and characteristically refreshing.

Paired with Soy Braised Pork Belly, plum, black garlic

3rd Course Stemmari Pinot Noir
Dry, with a structure of delicate tannins, balanced by a pleasing acidity and a fruity taste on the palate. Wild fruit bouquet accented with strong, spicy notes.

Paired with Duck breast, fall grain granola, cranberry

4th Course
Dark Horse Boffo Brown Ale
It’s robust full body and soft mouth feel is pushing the envelope of what an American Brown Ale is to most people. Flavors begin with malt, caramel, toffee, and finish with a nutty, mild earthiness.

Paired with Pumpkin pie, sage, pepita crust

The Classic Italian Cocktails Mixology Series is a hands-on experience. At each class learn to make two classic Italian cocktails from start to finish. All cocktails will also be accompanied by a small bites selection from Executive Chef Fabrizio Bazzani. You will practice how to make each cocktail with ease, be given the recipes, and knowledge, to perfectly create your cocktails at home or with friends.

Seating is limited so reserve your seats early to guarantee your place at the table.
