The Dreaming Tree Wine Dinner at Boca Bistro was a night to remember for wine and food lovers alike. The event, which took place on the evening of July 7th, featured a delicious five-course that one could only “dream of,” expertly paired with wines from the Dreaming Tree winery.
For the first course, guests enjoyed red wine caramelized pork belly, crispy pickled red onion, and summer vegetables paired with Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir.
The second course featured a red snapper ceviche with avocado and mango, paired with Dreaming Tree Sauvignon Blanc.
The third course was a delicious buttermilk fried chicken, charred jalapeno-blackberry jam, sauteed kale, fresh lime, pickled jalapenos, and spiced corn nuts paired with Dreaming Tree Chardonnay.
The main entree course was a grilled bistro steak with charred poblano pepper, stuffed with roasted corn and goat cheese, chipotle aioli, paired with Dreaming Tree Crush.
For the final course, a refreshing and light coconut panna cotta with rosé poached apricots paired with Dreaming Tree Rosé.
