David and Roslyn Zecchini, the owners of DZ Restaurants, will open Boca Bistro, their fourth restaurant, on June 12. The opening of the Spanish-style bistro and tapas bar at 384 Broadway in Saratoga Springs will begin at 5 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the planned Saratoga Hospital Community Health Resource Center, which will provide primary care, mental health, dental and some specialty services to uninsured and under-insured people.
