Cauliflower Fritters
Cauliflower and cumin fritters, lime yogurt
- Cauliflower
 - Cumin
 - Egg
 - Yogurt
 - Flour
 - Lime
 - Water
 - Paprika
 - Microgreens
 
- Combine Flour, Soda Water and Egg – mix thoroughly
 - In a separate bowl add cumin to more flour
 - Coat cauliflower in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, then back into the flour mixture
 - Deep fry until golden brown
 - Mix yogurt, lime zest and lime juice
 - Coat a plate with yogurt then add fritters
 - Finish with Paprika and microgreens
