- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Garlic Aioli
- Guindilla Peppers
- Sriracha
- Shrimp
- Chorizo
- Parsley
- Paprika
- Boil eggs
- Combine egg yolks, Aioli and sriracha
- Season with Salt & Pepper then whisk it …. whisk it real good
- Add mixture to piping bag
- Pipe yolk filling in to halved eggs
- Place pan fried shrimp on top
- Top with Guindilla peppers and chorizo
- Garnish with parsley and paprika
