On November 9th we all saw a ghost. Chianti Ristorante and Joseph Carr collaborated on an exclusive wine dinner featuring Joseph Carr’s Dylan’s Ghost label. It was a rare chance to meet famed local vintner, Joseph Carr, and to sample the entire Dylan’s Ghost line including limited release varietals as well as special selections from Joseph Carr’s private collection.
Prior to the dinner we hosted a “Meet and Greet” with Joseph Carr at Forno Bistro from where Joe discussed his winemaking and offered tastings from his Joseph Carr and Josh Cellars lines. All wines were paired with cocktail-style menu tastings created by Forno Bistro Executive Chef Ryan McCormick.
