After 13 years, Forno Bistro in Saratoga Springs will be renovated. It will close after business on Feb. 26 for approximately three weeks of work, with a reopening projected for March 17, according to an announcement by parent company DZ Restaurants.
During the closure, a pop-up restaurant called Forno at the Farm will be held from from 5 to 9 p.m. on two Fridays and Saturdays — March 3, 4, 10 and 11 — at the DZ Farm in Galway. According to promotional material, “Forno at the Farm will be a chance for our Forno Bistro guests to explore new tastes as our chefs practice innovative techniques and prepare original dishes.”
