*$25 Holiday Bonus Card is a promotional card and cannot be treated as a Gift Card. A minimum purchase of $75 is required. Valid only during January at Forno Bistro, Boca Bistro, and Chianti Ristorante. Not available for takeout orders. Card cannot be used for tax or gratuity. Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon offers, or special menus, including Happy Hour. Multiple Holiday Bonus Cards cannot be combined on the same check. This card will not carry any unused balance, nor will change be given on any unused portion. No cash value. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. No reproductions of this card will be accepted. Limit one per check, per table. Not valid on Gift Card purchases. Card can only be used once.
