David Zecchini says he loses sleep, filled with guilt, knowing he can’t spend more time with customers at each of DZ Restaurants’ four locations. “It breaks my heart,” Zecchini said. “‘Oh my God, tonight I only spent one hour there.’ You want to spend more time with the guests.”
