The new Boca Bistro in Saratoga Springs thronged with people this evening for an opening party that will benefit the under-development Saratoga Hospital Community Health Resource Center. Due to open in January, the community health center will provide primary care, mental health, dental and some specialty services to uninsured and underinsured people. The fete featured an abundance of tastes from the menu. Based on those, I’m especially eager to return to graze through the tapas.
