Executive Chef Fabrizio Bazzani competed in the March of Dimes Chefs Challenge earlier this month at The Canfield Casino. Chef prepared Garbanzo Bean Gnocchi with classically prepared veal and prosciutto ragu for the tasting portion of the event and then competed in the Chefs Challenge assisted by Chef Alysha. The secret ingredients in the competition were duck, eggs, and bacon.
