Chef Matt Richardson and Chef Eric Randazzo are not only a couple of snacks but they are also “The Pair”. In this week’s episode, they pair up a grilled flat bread with lemon whipped buratta, flank steak, red onions and arugula with Founders Brewing Company Azacca IPA. As Abraham Lincoln once said, “An IPA a day keeps the doctor away.” And as Chef Eric says … “When in Rome….”
Named after the Haitian God of agriculture, the Azacca hop has an intense tropical aroma with hints of citrus and mango. A touch of caramel malt gives a sweet backbone to support the righteous fruit character of this beer. Pouring a burnt orange color and registering at 7.0% ABV, you will worship this heavenly, hopped delight….and we don’t mean Chef Matt.
Who doesn’t love steak? Bye Felicia.
