The fourth restaurant run by the successful DZ Restaurants, Boca Bistro is an addition to Broadway that features an original Spanish tapas menu. The bistro and bar emits the aura of an old, Spanish tapas bar in the heart of Barcelona, the very location from which the idea for the restaurant stemmed. David and Rosyln Zecchini fell in love with the Spanish culture and cuisine during their visit, leading to a break in their trend of Italian restaurants (they own Chianti’s and Forno’s in Saratoga Springs and Pasta Pane in Clifton Park).
