DZ Restaurants owners David Zecchini and Roslyn Zecchini are investing at least $2.5 million to open their fourth Saratoga County restaurant, Boca Bistro, a Mediterranean bistro in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. They are renovating the property on the first floor of 384 Broadway for the bistro and Spanish tapas bar.
