DZ Restaurants owners David Zecchini and Roslyn Zecchini are opening their fourth Saratoga County restaurant. They are renovating the property on the first floor of 384 Broadway into a Mediterranean bistro and Spanish tapas bar. They will call it “Boca Bistro.” Its menu will feature Mediterranean cuisine, with a special focus on Spanish tapas.
