David and Roslyn Zecchini, who own three restaurants in Saratoga County, plan to open a Mediterranean bistro and tapas bar in a building they’re buying at 384 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, David Zecchini tells me. Their company, DZ Restaurants, which also runs Chianti il Ristorante and Forno Bistro, both in the Spa City, and Pasta Pane in Clifton Park, is under contract for the building, with the closing projected for next week. The site previously was home to a clothing boutique called Raina’s and a pizza shop; the former moved a few doors down.
